Here at Advantage Dental Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care to all of our patients. We understand that dental insurance is not an option for everyone. Our Dental Savings Plan offers our patients without dental insurance an affordable way to receive dental care.
- NO Yearly Maximums
- NO Waiting Periods
- Savings on all procedures, including cosmetic procedures.
ENROLLMENT FEES:
- Adults and Teenagers (age 13 and older) $300/year
- Children (age 12 and younger) $225/year
PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
- This Dental Savings Plan is only valid at our office
- This is a Dental Savings Plan; it is not dental insurance
- This Dental Savings Plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan or other insurance, including workman’s compensation, auto insurance, or medical insurance
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable
- Patient’s cost for treatment is due at the time of service
- Patient receiving orthodontic treatment must remain enrolled in program for full duration of treatment
HOW DOES THE PLAN WORK?
Our Dental Savings Plan becomes effective the day you enroll and remains effective for the following 12 months. There are no waiting periods or deductibles; you can start saving immediately on your dental care.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU SAVE WITH THIS DENTAL SAVINGS PLAN?
Our Dental Savings Plan will save you 15% on dental treatment. Including cosmetic procedures. You will save 10% on orthodontic treatment. Here are some examples of the savings on a few procedures.
